About Cedar Haven
I opened Cedar Haven Counseling, LLC in 2026 to offer mental health counseling to people of all ages, races, and genders. Over the years, I’ve found that people struggling with addiction have always held a special place in my heart—I’m a former substance use counselor and recovery coach, and supporting this population has been a soft spot for me throughout my career.

That’s why, in addition to mental health counseling, I also offer a virtual Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The idea actually came from a conversation with my good friend and former colleague. I shared my vision with her, she was all in, and now she’s the Clinical Director for our IOPs, helping ensure the programs provide high-quality, practical support for people in recovery.

I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, rediscover their strengths, and build healthier patterns. Recovery and healing are journeys, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
